Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-availability, cloud-native infrastructure architectures specifically optimized for 2026 AI workloads, utilizing Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the seamless integration of next-generation AI models into our core platform, ensuring latency is minimized and throughput is maximized.
- Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible to automate deployment processes and reduce manual errors.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and product managers to align technical strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or backend development, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Knowledge: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with MLOps principles and AI model serving infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward innovation.
