Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Greater Philadelphia market.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into closed deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track daily activities and sales metrics using CRM software to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive are considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel locally within the Philadelphia metro area.
