Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Present product and service information to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Record accurate sales data and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to enhance skills.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
