Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital prospecting.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value and drive interest.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and provide accurate weekly reports on progress and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
