Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and digital prospecting.
- Consult with potential clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle within a high-energy weekend environment.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Build a strong network of clients across the Kentucky and Ohio markets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings.
