Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Milwaukee and greater Illinois territory.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and competitive landscapes.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel in WI and IL.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
