Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients in the local area.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend our high-value products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all client interactions and update account records accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and earn high commissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle rejection gracefully.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
