Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking).
- Present our premium products and services to potential clients in a consultative selling manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive retention and upsells.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline activity and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt quickly to change.
