Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across the Southwest region
- Manage CRM pipeline with precision, tracking all interactions and opportunities
- Develop tailored solutions for clients, demonstrating product expertise
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% activity compliance
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Provide weekly performance insights to sales leadership team
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales preferred
