Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Drive sales through deep product knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
Qualifications
