Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients face-to-face to demonstrate and sell our premium products and services.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining an organized sales floor and inventory display.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for local market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demand.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy products (up to 25 lbs).
