Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Drive store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting special offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a smile.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Must be reliable and punctual.
