Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Recommend products and promotions to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve store operations and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
