Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve sales targets and company goals.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving market share and customer retention.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not mandatory (we train the right candidates).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as business demands require.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
