Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Recommend products and services to meet customers' needs and maximize sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
