Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
