Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, assessing their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base by following up on inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize the average transaction value.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a pristine sales floor.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating complex matters to the Floor Manager when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures, especially during late-night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of personalities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
