Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services to drive sales.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer journey.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve team goals and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some evenings.
- Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
