Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a 5-star shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail sales experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 30 lbs.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
