Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Generation: actively promote products and services, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, features, and benefits to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technology: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
