Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by engaging customers and demonstrating products/services with enthusiasm.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash/card payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure retention.
- Participate in weekend promotional events and team meetings.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet individual and team targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
