Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operations: Accurately process transactions at the point of sale, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain the proper cash drawer.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual standards of the store, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to support daily operations and special promotional events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with a flexible schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse clientele.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions related to stocking and merchandising.
