Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to maximize sales and average transaction value.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Operations: Accurately process transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit payments responsibly.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals and support store operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and checking in shipments to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer groups.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and the ability to use technology (POS systems, tablets) effectively.
- Attitude: A professional, energetic, and customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is required.
