Responsibilities

- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales quotas.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible holiday shifts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
