Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is up to date.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on resolving issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the stockroom organized and assist with merchandise receiving and pricing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
