Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, guiding them to products that meet their specific needs.
- Sales Execution: Proactively approach potential customers, present product features and benefits, and close sales to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in inventory audits to ensure product availability.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
