Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun + occasional Fridays)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
