Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product demonstrations to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
- Merchandise the sales floor by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Build relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty and encourage future purchases.
- Stay informed about current promotions, inventory levels, and product changes to better assist the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
