Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers and answering product inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor meets visual standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Assist with store closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail sales experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
