Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide a superior in-store experience, answering inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing the sales floor, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for late-night shoppers.
- Store Operations: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during night operations.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
