Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed weekend targets while maintaining premium brand standards
- Operate POS systems and manage transactions with precision
- Collaborate with floor staff to optimize product displays and inventory management
- Develop client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programs
- Participate in weekend team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual merchandising excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail sales with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate transaction handling
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
