Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Uphold store standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
