Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Drive store traffic by actively promoting sales events, new arrivals, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized and displayed according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and processing returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible scheduling when needed.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer retention.
