As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our high standards are met around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Maintain the sales floor to company standards, including replenishing inventory, folding merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations to drive sales.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
