Responsibilities
- Drive sales by delivering personalized product recommendations and closing high-value transactions
- Exceed monthly targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building customer loyalty
- Manage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts during night shifts
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with night crew to execute visual merchandising and store maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred; night shift exposure a plus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM–6 AM)
