Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate customers and effectively close sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, processing transactions with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers proactively.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a "customer-first" attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (boxes/products).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
