Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company merchandising standards.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early mornings or closing shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
