Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-value prospects through market research and networking strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals.
- Product Presentation: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and tailored presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
