Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new sales leads within the Fort Worth area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a hunger for financial growth.
- Reliable transportation to meet clients.
