Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high product knowledge standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and visual merchandising

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
