Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage end-to-end sales cycles with prospective clients in the Virginia Beach area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis to tailor solutions for each customer.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using our CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
