Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing Sales: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, overcoming objections and securing contracts.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses.
- Product Training: Master our product suite through our comprehensive internal training program.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires from scratch. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a confident tone.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals in previous roles.
