Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
