Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline within the Tampa area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and foster upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales metrics, prepare weekly reports, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
