Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking progress against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high motivation will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or willing to work remotely from California.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
