Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
