Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to high-net-worth clientele
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining brand standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually stunning displays daily
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with visual merchandising on seasonal collections
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
