Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and organization to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
