Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to high-end clientele, including product recommendations and styling advice
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising strategies
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong sales aptitude with proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (20-25 hours/week)
