Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and merchandising
- Track sales metrics and identify upsell opportunities using CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expert knowledge
- Represent the brand professionally through exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
